The Ginarte Law Firm’s Annual Canned Food Drive
The Ginarte Law Firm is proud to announce the kick off to our annual canned food drive. Every November our personal injury attorneys and legal staff participate in collecting donations for those who are less fortunate. Our collection period last the entire month and is spread throughout our seven offices. The firm is able to provide local food pantries with a large donation amount because of effort to give back to the community whenever we can. The staff look forward to this time of year when they can give back to those who are less fortunate. Although our attorneys and staff might not see the people who directly benefit from the food donations, they know that somewhere out there a person is able to have a good hearty meal because of their actions. The Ginarte Law Firm Participates in Breast Cancer Walk
October is breast cancer awareness month. It is the month long program to show support for the survivors and those who are fighting again breast cancer, both men and women. Every October the American Cancer Society hosts their Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk across the country in various cities to help raise awareness and donations for those in need. The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk helps raise millions of dollars that not only goes to finding a cure, but also to help educate and assist those who are fighting against this debilitating disease.
Millions of lives have been saved by this great organization. Through events such as these and gracious donations the American Cancer Society receives they are able to help to spread the information necessary in an effort to prevent more breast cancer patients. The Ginarte Newark Office is Expanding

Ginarte Supports Juvenile Arthritis Month

We are passionate about helping the community not only from a legal standpoint, but helping on a personal level as well. July is the Juvenile Arthritis awareness month, so our firm as decided to purchase the Cure Arthritis bracelets from curearthritis.org for every attorney and staff member in our firm. Ginarte Law Marches for Babies
It’s sunny, warm day on April 26th. The perfect weather for a charity walk. On this day the Ginarte Law Firm participated in the March of Dimes walk in Madison, New Jersey at Fairleigh Dickinson University. The Ginarte team had over 75 people attend the event to raise awareness for prematurely born babies. The trail was great showcase of the Fairleigh Dickinson University campus. [Read more…]
Attorney Bruno Brunini Settles Case for $120,000

Recently, our office settled a personal injury case for $120,000.00. The client was passenger in a multi-vehicle accident. As a result of the accident the client sustained injuries to their neck and back. This month the Ginarte personal injury attorneys and staff are raising awareness for two great organizations. We are always looking for ways to give back to the community and help those who are less fortunate. Last month we donated over $150 in change for the American Red Cross month. We collected change at our Newark office to donate to the charity that helped so many of us during Hurricane Sandy.
