OSHA Fines NJ Contractor for Six Safety Violations
A Clifton construction contractor faces $108,240 in fines after an inspection revealed numerous hazards.
DD Stucco and Renovation LLC received six safety violation notices after an inspection by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) found a variety of inadequate safety protections–such as workers climbing on scaffolding that was not secured to an adjacent building or a firm foundation.
