A few months ago, his exceptional knowledge of the law and his dedication to justice has come to the service of the resident of New Jersey as judge to the Supreme Court of the state. He was nominated early November passed by the governor, Chris Christie and days later confirmed in his new position by the state senate.
A family affair of more than three decades
José Ginarte came to the United States while he was still an adolescent. Along with his mother Yolanda, his father Orlando, and his brothers he came to live in Elizabeth, NJ. Shortly after, his parents found a job: his mom as a seamstress and his dad as a construction site worker.

Utility Cart Safety
A utility cart is a small motorized vehicle such as a cushman, gator, golf cart, club car etc. that are used to carry supplies, equipment, products, goods, injured athletes, etc. Although, they are smaller than regular cars they can still carry large and heavy loads and reach high speeds, enough to cause an accident or seriously injure someone. If you work in an industry that uses utility carts, you should be taking precautions every time you drive.

Scaffold Safety
Under federal law, you are entitled to a safe workplace. Your employer must provide a workplace free of known health and safety hazards. If you believe working conditions are unsafe or unhealthful, you may file a confidential complaint and ask for an inspection. If possible, bring the conditions to your employer’s attention. It is illegal for an employer to fire, demote, transfer or otherwise retaliate against a worker for using their rights under the law. Breast Cancer Awareness Walk 2016
October is breast cancer awareness month. Throughout this month individuals and organizations nationwide show support for the survivors and those who are fighting against breast cancer, both men and women. Every October the American Cancer Society hosts their Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk across the country in various cities to help raise awareness and donations for those in need. The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk helps raise millions of dollars that not only goes to finding a cure, but also to help educate and assist those who are fighting against this debilitating disease.
