Helping a Ginarte Law Family Member
Recently one of our staff members, Vanessa Mejia was involved in a tragic event. There was a fire in her home on September 22nd, leaving her with very little to salvage except for some clothes and personal belongings. This tragic event has placed Vanessa and her two young children in need. The Duty of Foreclosing Banks That Take Possession of Property
A recent United States District Court for the District of New Jersey decision has held that a foreclosing bank in possession of property may be found to have a duty similar to that of the prior owner with regard to the maintenance and inspection of the foreclosed property.
