On September 13th, Minerva Del Valle celebrated 16 years as a member of the Ginarte team. She began her professional career working as a legal assistant for John O’Dwyer, Esq. Today, Minerva is the legal assistant on personal injury cases for Joseph Ginarte, Esq. and Mr. Roger Guarda. In addition, Minerva manages the Ginarte call center, which it is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The call center is responsible for answering the concerns of people who call for help and legal advice.
In addition to performing all these functions in the Newark office, this multifaceted woman, born and raised in New Jersey, is a single mother of two children, Christian (29) and Andrew (16). At the end of high school, Minerva studied to be a legal assistant in East Orange, which allowed her to find a job in this legal field at Ginarte. At that time her youngest son, who was born 5 months prematurely, was only 2 years old. Today, Christian, the eldest, has graduated from college and works in a prestigious salon in Hoboken while pursuing his dream of being an artist. Her youngest son, Andrew, is in his second year of high school.
Minerva is a perfect example of perseverance. She dedicated her life to her professional performance and providing a good life for her children. The great fellowship and sense of family she receives within Ginarte allows her to perform her role as a mother and be there for the most important moments of her children’s lives. At the same time, she can exploit her intellectual capacity and carry out multiple projects and tasks, demonstrating her leadership within the legal field. This was her priority for many years, the important work she does at Ginarte helps the community and provides them with a communication channel at all times, and being the best example for their children.
After 25 years, she was reunited with the father of her first son, who had never married, and little by little they began to become friends, which led them to reconcile. After being in a relationship once again for 4 years, on August 18, 2018, Manny, as they affectionately call him, asked her to marry him. Minerva had been the love of his life since he was very young. Finally, on August 17, 2019, Minerva and Manny said “Yes” for a lifetime, during an intimate ceremony held in San Carlo in Lyndhurst, NJ, where their son sang for them, “Always and Forever” by Heatwave, along with the recognized and very appropriate theme “At Last”. At 53 years of age, Minerva finally found the happy ending to her love story.
As she says, “If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it is yours forever. ” So this love is one of those true fairy tales come true.
Congratulations Minerva!
