2017 is, without a doubt, a year of celebrations for the Ginarte Law Firm. Not only because it’s been 35 years since its founding, but also because this October will be the grand opening of the new headquarters in Newark, with double the space, more professionals and state-of-the-art legal services.
“The firm has not stopped growing. Today we have seven offices between New York & New Jersey and more people are still coming in who need our legal services. Our priority is to serve them efficiently, with the best human and technological resources available. The new venue has free parking, several conference rooms and the main room is a full size court where we will make mock trials with clients and witnesses, so as to prepare the best possible way,“ explains its founder, Joseph Ginarte.
While the work began in September 2015, the project was conceived a couple of years earlier. After long months of searching, it was right next to the current headquarters in Market Street where they found the ideal building, about 60 thousand feet and five floors. “We all want to see the new offices already. Our employees are very enthusiastic. The expansion has also been done thinking of offering them a place where they continue to feel at home. For example, the cafeteria space has doubled and everyone will have a parking spot,” says Joseph.
The growth of the firm also includes the hiring of new lawyers, legal assistants, investigators and secretaries, with whom it is expected to increase the workforce to more than 200 employees by the end of 2018. However, there are two prerequisites for joining the firm: Speak English and Spanish and, above all, have a vocation to help people. “One of the keys to our success has been to have employees who care about our people. This has always been my personal commitment to our customers and we will continue to do so,” says Joseph.
For now, the work is still under way and in a few months the new Ginarte Law office will open its doors. There is no better way to close 2017!
