The Ginarte Law Firm is pleased to announce that James Krupka, Esq. has joined our firm.  Mr. Krupka will be working out of our Newark and Clifton offices and will be handling a variety of personal injury cases.  Mr. Krupka is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in personal injury and civil litigation.  He has previously represented both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Krupka received his B.S. from Rutgers University and went on to obtain his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, NJ.  He is admitted to the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.  Mr. Krupka is a member of the Justice William J. Brennan, Jr. American Inns of Court.  Upon his law school graduation, Mr. Krupka worked at a general practice New Jersey law firm.  Thereafter, Mr. Krupka worked at several different New Jersey law firms that exposed Mr. Krupka to a variety of legal areas.  Mr. Krupka has experience in personal injury, workers compensation, insurance coverage, construction defects, environmental issues, and land use.  Immediately prior to joining the Ginarte Law Firm, Mr. Krupka worked extensively on defending personal injury claims arising out of automobile accidents.
