Fighting against injustice is a core tenant of the Ginarte Law Firm. Our attorneys work to help victims of accidents and workplace discrimination to obtain the justice that they deserve. This fight is often fought outside of the courtroom and our attorneys have frequently worked to educate the general public on their rights.
Just a few weeks ago, firm founder, Joseph A. Ginarte, Esq. and partner Adam Kleinfeldt participated in a seminar held in Atlantic City, NJ for the National Coalition of Latino Officers. The event was held on June 25 and 26, 2013 and was designed to educate law enforcement personnel about their workplace rights. Mr. Kleinfeldt prepared and delivered a presentation regarding New Jersey’s laws against discrimination and retaliation. Attendees also heard from Cathy Elston, Esq. on how Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) complaints are handled by the internal affairs division of a police department.
Additionally, Mr. Ginarte was presented with the National Coalition of Latino Officers’ 2013 Legacy Award. This award was presented to Mr. Ginarte in recognition of his leadership and extraordinary contributions to the National Coalition of Latino Officers. Mr. Ginarte and his firm have a long history of representing those who have been victims of workplace discrimination.
