A Clifton scrap metal company faces nearly $77,500 in fines for workplace safety and health violations.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has cited Park Stein, Inc., for 19 workplace violations, including several repeat violations. The repeat violations include failure to provide workplace hazard assessments, proper protective equipment, and hazard communication training.
The company was cited for the same problems in March 2010.
