NYC School Construction Injuries Indicate Lack of Safety
New York City’s School Construction Authority says it expects to pay about $270 million to settle injury claims by construction workers for accidents that occurred in 2009. That’s about 10 times more than the authority spent about 10 years ago. Teenager Sentenced to 2 ½ Years for Texting While Driving Before Fatal Accident
A Massachusetts court has sentenced an 18-year-old driver to two and a half years for a fatality he caused while texting behind the wheel.
