Technology is advancing at a faster rate than we can handle. Every couple of months. New technology is appearing. The latest is wearable technology, i.e., Google glasses. Teenager Sentenced to 2 ½ Years for Texting While Driving Before Fatal Accident
A Massachusetts court has sentenced an 18-year-old driver to two and a half years for a fatality he caused while texting behind the wheel.

NTSB Report Reveals Bus Crash that Killed 15 Was Caused by Driver Fatigue
